Objectives:
1. To provide a Centre and Bond of Union for Brethren who, by means of
serious study and research, desire to extend their knowledge of the principles
on which the Order is founded.
2. To promote the interests of Masonic education and to provide facilities
for instruction by means of Lectures, Papers and open discussion at Regular
Meetings of the Circle.
3. To circulate, for the use of the Members, Proceedings of the Circle as
authorised by the Governing Council and, in certain cases, to make such
Transactions available to the Craft generally.
4. To establish a Masonic circulating library for the exclusive use of
Members.
